Australian regulatory context
Financial services and digital-asset activities can involve different legal obligations depending on the product and entity providing it. LithVestor does not invent a licence number or imply that technology oversight guarantees investment performance.
Registration details for a relevant provider can be confirmed on request. External dispute resolution may be available through AFCA where it applies to the service relationship.
Operational transparency
Before an account action is confirmed, users should be able to identify the service provider, the applicable terms, material fees and available complaint route. Records of consent and significant account changes support this process.
ASIC guidance and applicable Australian laws inform how claims, conduct and consumer protections are approached. A regulatory framework cannot prevent price volatility, provider failure or user error.
